1. Standard Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel their reservation by contacting our team through phone, email, or WhatsApp.

Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation request is made:

  • 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour: Eligible for a full refund
  • 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Partial refund may apply
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: Non-refundable

Certain tours may have different cancellation terms depending on third-party providers.


2. Private Tours and Custom Experiences

Private excursions, private transportation services, and custom packages may require special preparation and scheduling.

Because of this:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable
  • Custom services may have stricter cancellation policies
  • Refunds may vary depending on the specific booking agreement

Customers should review specific booking details before confirming private services.


3. No Shows

Customers who fail to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice may be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.


4. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your booking, contact our team as soon as possible.

Rescheduling requests are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Tour provider availability
  • Operational schedules

We will do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.


5. Weather-Related Cancellations

Some excursions may be canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.

If Sol Cana Tours or the tour provider cancels a tour due to weather:

  • You may receive a full refund
  • You may choose to reschedule
  • Alternative tours may be offered

Safety remains our priority.


6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days depending on your payment method.

Refunds made through PayPal, credit cards, or other processors may vary based on their processing timelines.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Late arrivals
  • Missed pickups caused by customer delay
  • Failure to meet tour requirements
  • Voluntary early departure from a tour
  • Violations of safety policies
